Crystal Weaver, 37, 241 Indiana Ave., Upland, was arrested by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department on two Miami County Warrants for Failure to Appear.

Jason Maxwell, 42, 455 S. Clinton St., Bunker Hill, was arrested by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department on a Clinton County Warrant.
