12:29 a.m. A deputy responded to the report of an intoxicated neighbor who was in a verbal argument with another neighbor over a barking dog in the area of S. Center St./E. McKinley St., Bunker Hill. Both neighbor and dog were told to stay in their respective homes for the night. Charges will be forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for their consideration.

8:45 a.m. A deputy assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle at the McClure’s station at State Road 18 / US Route 31, Kokomo.

10:15 a.m. Traffic accident with damage in the 2600 block of E. 550 N., Peru. Joyce Kellems, of Peru, was traveling South on SR 19 near 300 N in a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu. Kellems left the roadway and struck a State Highway sign causing damage to the sign and the vehicle. There were no reported injuries. A state crash report was completed.
