5:19 p.m. Traffic accident with injuries in the area of S. Graber Dr. / S. US Route 31, Peru. Tesla McDaniel of Clayton was southbound on US 31 north of Graber DR in her black 2008 Dodge. McDaniel stated a semi had struck her forcing her off the roadway then continued on. McDaniel lost control of her vehicle and ran off the west side of the roadway and struck a mile marker sign then a telephone pole. The dodge sustained driver side damage but there were no injuries. A crash report was completed.
