Lois V. Snow, 92, of Peru peacefully passed away on July 8, 2017 at 3:05pm, surrounded by her loving family.
Lois was born on October 9, 1924 in Rosie, Arkansas to Claude and Nellie Edith Burrow.  She married William “Bill” Snow on January 18, 1946.  He preceded her in death on March 6, 1995.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, a stepfather Henry Hollowell, two brothers Wayne Burrow of Tennessee and Jerry Burrow of South Dakota, a sister Clara Parks of Branson, Missouri, and a son-in-law John Albert of Peru.

Harry “Bill” Hentgen
Harry “Bill” Hentgen, 99, went to be with his Lord and Savior early Monday morning on July 10. 
Bill lived life to the fullest for 99 years. He never met a stranger! He was blessed to have two sweethearts, Betty (Aikman) Hentgen who preceded him in death in 1981, and Louise (Myers) who preceded him in death in 2016. 

Jerry L. Kerns
Jerry L. Kerns, 84, pawed away Monday, July 10, 2017 at Blair Ridge Health Campus. He was born on August, 6, 1932 to Roy and Arlene (Van Hoy) Kerns in French Lick, IN. 
He married Helen Tillery on November 21, 1953 and she survives. They have two children, Barry, Yorba Linda, CA and Tyra (Jim) Walker, Peru and grandchildren, Josh Walker, Carmel, IN and Jennifer (Jacob) Bowman, Peru. Also surviving are great-grandsons, Jacob and Jacoby Bowman and a step-great grandson, Gavin Bowman. He also has one sister, Ann (Leon) Toliver, French Lick, IN and several nieces and nephews. 

Shirley Ann Strayer Leazenby
Shirley Ann Strayer Leazenby, 80, Mexico, Indiana, went to be with the Lord at 1:13 a.m. on Friday, July 7, 2017, at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne.  
Born on July 25, 1936, in LaGrange County, Indiana, she was born into a family of seven brothers and sisters, the daughter of Clarence and Rose Kitchen Strayer.  She graduated from Mongo High School in 1954 before attending Parkview Methodist Hospital Nursing School in Ft. Wayne.  She met her husband, Albert H. Leazeby while interning at the state hospital in Logansport, Indiana.  After her graduation, they were married on November 24, 1957, at the Plato Methodist Church in LaGrange County.  

Tony R. Martin
Tony R. Martin, 40, formerly of Macy, passed away on Thursday June 29, 2017 in Akutan, Alaska.
Tony was born on April 8, 1977 in Selma, TN to Donna L Foust. He attended North Miami Jr-Sr High School and Pima Community College, where he was studying art. Tony was an amazing artist and loved working with his hands. He was working towards his dream of being an art teacher. At the time of his death, Tony was working for Trident Seafoods in Akutan, Alaska. He was loved by all his co-workers and colleagues at Trident who are all shocked at his loss.

Robert T. (Bob) York
Robert T. (Bob) York, 63, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at his residence.
Bob was born on October 25, 1953 to Glenn and Marvis (Wolfe) York in San Diego, California.  He was one of three siblings, and is survived by a twin sister, Eileen York.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael York.

Earl E. “Casey” Jenkins, 87, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 1, 2017.

Buffy Maedell Butte
Buffy Maedell. Butte, 3 months, of Peru, passed away at 3:24 P.M., Friday, June 30, 2017 at Dukes Memorial Hospital, Peru.
