12:00 a.m. A report of an unwanted guest in the 00 block of Donat Dr. A man was requested to leave a residence. After gathering his belongings and walking outside, the man complained of having trouble breathing and was then transported by ambulance to Dukes Memorial Hospital.

3:20 a.m. A report of disorderly conduct in the 1100 block of W. Canal St. Verbal argument between Mother and Son. Both parties agreed to leave each other alone for the rest of the night. Assistance was given.

4:28 a.m. Traffic accident with Damage in the area of W. 300 N. / N. US Route 31, Peru. Krista Heydo, 35 of Peru was traveling on US Route 31 at CR 300 N. when she lost control of her Chevrolet Traverse and struck the guardrail then rolling the vehicle before coming to a rest. A state crash report was completed.

6:41 a.m. Traffic accident with injuries in the area of W. 550 N. / N. US Route 31, Peru. Garcilazu Coria Guadalupe of South Bend was traveling southbound on US Route 31 just south of CR 600 N. when she lost control of her 2013 Chevy Malibu and entered the west ditch. After entering the ditch, she the vehicle rolled onto the passenger side and then came to rest on its wheels. A rear seat passenger, Juan Carlos Lugardo, was injured and transported to Dukes Memorial Hospital. Estimated damage is $3,000. A state crash report was completed.
