2:00 a.m. Report of a suspicious person in the alleyway in the 300 block of E. 5th St. Area checked secure. Assistance given.

2:22 a.m. Traffic stop in the area of N. Fremont St./W. Main St. Cameo Espinoza, 24, of Indianapolis, was arrested on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated-Endangering.

4:23 a.m. An officer disposed of drug paraphernalia located in the area of N. Broadway St./Daniel St. The items were placed in evidence for destruction.

6:18 a.m. An officer assisted with a civil issue in the 500 block of Jackson Ave.

10:31 a.m. Officers responded to the report of unrestrained children in a vehicle at McDonald’s on W. Main St. The officers located the vehicle and spoke with the driver. Checked ok. Assistance given.

10:37 a.m. Report of threats made in the 30 block of Jean Ave. This was a dispute between a tenant and a landlord. Both agreed to stay away from each other.

10:52 a.m. Report of a vehicle parked in a tree-lawn in the 60 block of S. Lafayette St. The person responsible for the vehicle was located and moved it.

1:06 p.m. Report of an unwanted guest in the 10 block of Jean Ave. The complainant advised that the subject had made threats and left on foot once they knew that law enforcement had been contacted. The complainant wished for a no-trespass order be issued if the subject is located. Unable to locate.

2:26 p.m. Traffic stop in the area of W. US Route 24/N. 400 W. Verbal warning issued.

2:33 p.m. An officer spoke with a caller in the 400 block of E. 2nd St. regarding a civil matter. Assistance given.

4:47 p.m. Report of possibly impaired male walking in the roadway in the area of Abraham Ln/Bobtail Pike. The subject was provided a courtesy transport to a nearby gas station. Assistance given.

5:15 p.m. Report of a traffic accident with damage in the area of E. Main St./S. East St. Vehicle versus tree. State crash report completed.

5:25 p.m. Report of a theft in the 200 block of S. Broadway Ave. Lijah Graham, 42, no known address, was arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and intimidation.

6:49 p.m. An officer helped get a stray dog into the pound from the 100 block of N. Fremont St.

10:17 p.m. An escort was provided in the 800 block of N. Broadway St.

10:21 p.m. Report of a suspicious male in the 10 block of Adams Ave. Unable to locate.

10:52 p.m. Report of a vehicle in the ditch at the First Merchant’s Bank on W. Main St. The vehicle was removed from the ditch.
