The driver reported she was opening a bottle of water, the water spilled and she leaned over and collided with a parked 2010 Dodge Nitro owned by Kenneth E. Dahl of Peru. The Nitro sustained moderate damage to the driver side rear corner, tail lamp, and bumper. The Liberty was driven from the scene. Damage is estimated at between $2,501 and $5,000. Songyoo, 66 of Peru. Damage is estimated at between $10,001 and $25,000. A state crash report was completed.
