6:02 a.m. An officer assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle in the 10 block of Riggle Rd.
8:40 a.m. Agency assistance in the area of Logan St. / N. Fremont St. An officer assisted ISP with a traffic stop. Transported a juvenile to school due to the driver being taken into custody on an active arrest warrant.
8:52 a.m. A bicycle was located in the 300 block of W. Main St. Bike Not on file as stolen. Street Department notified for pick-up.
9:46 a.m. Agency assistance at Gamester’s Mobile Home Park on W. Warren St. Officers assisted ISP with warrant service.
9:52 a.m. Parking problem at A Cut Above on E. 6th St. The vehicle was moved prior to the arrival of law enforcement. Assistance was given.

2:10 p.m. Citizen assistance in the 600 block of E. Main St. Transported a female to Dukes Hospital after she refused an ambulance.
2:12 p.m. Citizen assistance in the 300 block of N. Fremont St. Spoke with the male subject via phone call reference having questions about purchasing and carrying a firearm. Assistance was given.
2:47 p.m. A report of a suspicious male walking in the roadway in the area of Abraham Ln. / S. Broadway Ave. Made contact with the male, the male appeared to be under the influence of a stimulant but advised he was on his prescribed medication. The male was advised to stay out of the roadway and that he was free to leave.
2:55 p.m. An officer assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle in the 10 block of N. Benton St.
3:24 p.m. Traffic stop in the area of W. Blair Pike Rd. / N. Duke St., Peru. Written warning issued.
3:52 p.m. A report of an alarm at Fresenius Medical Care on W. 2nd St. Officers advised to disregard by the alarm company.
4:07 p.m. Traffic stop in the area of James Ave. / McKinstry Ave. Citation issued.
4:10 p.m. Warrant service in the 600 block of Apache Dr., Peru. Michael Cook was arrested on a Cass County Warrant.

5:11 p.m. A report of harassment in the 100 block of Fuller Ave. the female who advised her soon to be ex-husband was showing up at her residence and her place of employment in an attempt to collect the car payment that she is supposed to be paying him. She advised he has done nothing threatening in nature, and that he had not tried to make any other contact with her. The woman was told her to call the next time he shows up at either place and the PPD can issue him a no-trespass warning.
