Enslen attempted to stop for a stopped vehicle in the roadway at the stop sign, but due to the wet roadway conductions, was unable to do so and struck the rear of a 2015 Ford F-150 operated by Daniel L. Peppers, 55 of Peru. The damage was estimated at between $1,001 and $2,500. A state crash report was completed.
