12:49 a.m. Traffic stop in the area of S. East St. / E. 2nd St. Checked on a vehicle parked on the shoulder. Checked okay.

1:21 a.m. Traffic stop in the 100 block of E. 3rd St. Warnings issued.

1:46 a.m. Traffic stop in the area of S. Broadway St. / E. Canal St. Warning issued.

2:19 a.m. A report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of Blackhawk Ct. A male was located and everything checked ok.

3:35 a.m. Traffic stop in the area of N. Broadway St. / E. Washington Ave. Verbal warning issued.

4:01 a.m. Building check in the 300 block of W. Old Key Dr., Peru. An officer located an unsecured door on a business. Everything appeared to check ok and the door was secured upon exiting. Assistance was given.

4:17 a.m. A report of an alarm in the 300 block of W. Old Key Dr., Peru. Everything checked secure.

6:12 a.m. An officer assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle in the 80 block of W. 5th St.

6:41 a.m. An officer assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle at the Gallahan Truck Stop.

7:51 a.m. A request for a welfare check in the 100 block of Blackhawk Ct. Checked ok.

8:12 a.m. Citizen assistance at the Peru Police Department. The subject had questions regarding a civil matter. Assistance was given.

8:33 a.m. A report of a juvenile problem in the 20 block of E. Franklin St., Peru. Juvenile refusing to go to school. Assistance was given.

8:55 a.m. A report of an alarm in the 1000 block of N. Broadway St. Checked ok.

10:38 a.m. A report of suspicious items in the roadway in the 200 block of N. Duke St. The item was removed from the roadway.

10:45 a.m. 911 Hang-up in the 400 block of E. Main St. Complainant wanted to report a theft. Assistance was given.

10:57 a.m. Extra patrol in the area of St. John’s Lutheran School on W. Main St. Extra patrol in the area of St. John's in reference to reported stop-arm violations. No violations observed at this time.

12:04 p.m. An officer assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle at Snavely Machine on Industrial Parkway.

12:10 p.m. Public Indecency at Ladd Dental in the 900 block of N. Broadway St. Report of suspicious persons engaging in llewd acts in the parking lot. I arrived and spoke to both parties who were eventually asked to leave the property.

12:54 p.m. A report of ongoing harassment was taken at the Peru Police Department.

1:06 p.m. Brittany Wellons came to the Peru Police Department to turn herself in on an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and Brittany was taken into custody and transported to the Miami County Jail and left in their custody without incident.

1:35 p.m. Citizen assistance in the 300 block of W. 13th St. No additional information was provided on this call.

1:49 p.m. Domestic disturbance at Dukes Memorial Hospital. A verbal argument in the Dukes ER parking lot over an affair. Subjects went their separate ways. Verbal only.

2:16 p.m. An officer assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle at Tracks End in the 60 block of Roxy Lane.

2:43 p.m. Juvenile Problem at Peru High School. Officers from the Peru Police Department responded to Peru High School in reference to a juvenile problem. The issue was resolved by another agency.

2:48 p.m. A report of a possible intoxicated driver in the area of W. 1350 N. / N. US Route 31, Macy. No additional information was provided on this call.

3:11 p.m. A report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 500 block of W. 7th St. Assistance was given.

3:13 p.m. Citizen assistance at the Peru Police Department. A citizen reported that someone tried to steal his gas last night from his vehicle. While doing so, the subject caused damage to the gas cap. A report was made.

3:33 p.m. Traffic stop in the area of N. Grant St. / W. 9th St. Warning issued.

4:05 p.m. Citizen assistance in the 70 block of Wabash St. Assisted citizen with questions about eviction and helped intoxicated subject into the residence.

4:47 p.m. Personal injury accident in the 200 block of W. Main St. State accident report between Francis and Conley. No additional information was provided on this call.

6:05 p.m. Citizen assistance at the Peru Police Department. Citizen was outside of the police department to report an accident. The accident occurred in Fulton County. Assistance was given.

6:08 p.m. Traffic stop in the area of S. Broadway Ave. / Graham Ave. Citation issued.

8:06 p.m. Juvenile problem in the 20 block of George St. Report of a juvenile leaving home with an unknown designation. Juvenile located and was brought home.

8:12 p.m. Controlled Substance Problem at Arrowhead Estates. No additional information was provided on this call.

8:47 p.m. Traffic stop in the area of N. Chili Ave. / E. US Route 24, Peru. Verbal warning issued.

8:51 p.m. A report of an erratic driving vehicle in the area of N. Chili Ave / E. US Route 24, Peru. Unable to catch up to the vehicle. The vehicle was located by ISP.

9:12 p.m. A report of criminal mischief in the 600 block of Apache Dr. A report of residential entry and battery. The suspect was not located on the scene.

9:18 p.m. A report of an intoxicated female subject in the area of Smith St. / E. Main St. Officers checked the area but were not able to locate the subject.

9:19 p.m. A female had questions regarding a notice to appear for ex parte petition for a protection order. Female was provided general information regarding protection orders, however, was advised to contact the Miami County Sheriff's Office for specific information regarding this order.

9:23 p.m. A report of an intoxicated female subject in the 400 block of E. Main St. Officers were unable to locate.

9:30 p.m. A report of a runaway juvenile in the 200 block of W. 5th St. The juvenile was at the residence when police arrived. Nothing further is needed.

10:05 p.m. A subject in the 600 block of Apache Dr. consented to a search of a residence to locate a suspect in another case. During this search, a single item of paraphernalia was located with no additional items located. Item taken and disposed of upon request by owner.

10:49 p.m. Business escort from Dairy Queen in the 800 block of N. Broadway St.

11:37 p.m. Traffic stop in the area of S. Clay St. / E. 3rd St. Warning issued.

11:41 p.m. A report of a juvenile problem in the 800 block of Bobtail. Assistance was given.
