2:09 a.m. Traffic stop at the Gallahan Truck Stop on W. 100 N., Peru. Warning issued.

2:53 a.m. Agency assistance in the area of N. US Route 31 / W. 1600 N., Rochester. Assisted Fulton County units with a vehicle pursuit by deploying spike strips.

3:01 a.m. A report of an animal problem in the 500 block of E. 5th St. Report of a bat in the house. Unable to locate.

3:44 a.m. Traffic stop in the area of S. 50 W. / W. Riverside Dr. Warning issued.

3:51 a.m. Traffic stop in the area of W. 3rd St. / S. Miami St. Alexander Clegg, 29 of Peru was arrested on a charge of OWI.

6:52 a.m. A report of a disabled vehicle in the 800 block of N. Broadway St. The driver had just pulled over to make a phone call. Checked ok.

7:08 a.m. Traffic stop in the area of Cory Ave. / Bobtail Pike, Peru. Citations issued.

7:33 a.m. A report of a disorderly male in the street with a megaphone in the area of Tippecanoe St. / 9th St. An officer was unable to locate.

7:49 a.m. A report of disorderly conduct at Dukes Memorial Hospital. Report of a disorderly patient in the hospital. Stood by with subject until MCSD could arrive, no issues.

8:02 a.m. A report of disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Tippecanoe St. Central dispatch advised of a male subject blocking the employee entrance. Upon arrival, a male was calmly protesting and was not obstructing the employee entrance. Everything checked out okay, assistance given.

8:24 a.m. Traffic stop at Broadway Plaza. Warning issued.

10:04 a.m. Warrant service in the area of Cory Ave. / Bobtail Pike, Peru. Jean Luc Gribbins, 28, was arrested on two Miami County Warrants as well as new charges of Possession of Paraphernalia and Possession of Syringe.

10:43 a.m. Parking problem in the 10 block of E. Spring St. Subject given 24 hours to move vehicle.

11:05 a.m. Warrant service at Community Corrections on Court St. Brandon Bledsoe, 40 was arrested on a Howard County Warrant.

12:30 p.m. A report of an unwanted guest in the 00 block of E. Spring St. Assistance was given.

12:39 p.m. A report of a traffic hazard in the area of S. Broadway St. / E. Canal St. Central dispatch advised of a vehicle driving reckless. It was determined male driver was supposed to return the vehicle but hasn't done so. Located vehicle and spoke with an individual. The owner arrived on the scene to take possession of the vehicle. Assistance was given.

12:49 p.m. 911 Hang-up in the 300 block of Apache Dr., Peru. Civil issue over filming.

1:24 p.m. A report of a traffic hazard in the area of S. Business 31 / W. Main St. Report of a Semi causing a hazard, unable to locate.

1:49 p.m. 911 hang-up in the 600 block of E. Main St. Checked ok.

2:05 p.m. A report of an abandoned vehicle in the 60 block of E. 5th St. Central dispatch advised of a parking complaint involving the north-south alley. Female advised to speak with zoning to obtain further information. Assistance was given.

2:41 p.m. An officer assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle in the 600 block of E. Main St.

3:03 p.m. Traffic hazard in the area of N. Broadway St. / E. Washington Ave. Peru Utilities requested information regarding traffic pattern in relation to water main break.

3:29 p.m. A report of theft in the 200 block of W. 3rd St. A report was generated.

4:15 p.m. Traffic stop in the area of W. Main St. / N. Miami St. Verbal warning issued.

6:59 p.m. A report of a runaway juvenile was taken at Peru Junior High School. Juvenile returned to the mother prior to completion of the report. Mother advised no further assistance required.
