12:08 p.m. Traffic stop in the area of S. Wayne St. / E. 3rd St. Penny Flitcraft, 42 of Peru was arrested on a Body Attachment Warrant.

12:19 p.m. Parking problem in the 400 block of E. 3rd St. Central dispatch advised of a parking complaint involving a camper parked in a north/south alley between residences. Zoning was contacted and stated they would be addressing the issue. Assistance was given.

12:29 p.m. A report of a theft from Family Farm and Home on N. Broadway St. Possible shoplifter.

2:14 p.m. A report of a fire in the 700 block of S. Broadway. Car fire.

An officer was advised by the neighbor who was working on his car that the homeowner was just there yesterday and is usually in and out multiple times a day. Assistance was given.
