7:10 a.m. Traffic accident with damage in the area of W. 1100 S. / S. US Route 31, Bunker Hill. Patrick Petrowsky was operating a 1999 Chevy Van southbound on US Route 31 near 1100 S. when a deer entered the roadway and Petrowsky could not avoid the collision. Estimated damage is $2,500.

The vehicle sustained passenger side damage and there were no injuries. A state crash report was completed.

10:29 p.m. Traffic accident with damage in the 2900 block of W. State Road 18, Kokomo. Velombololona Baberearison, 39 of Idaho was pulling into a gas station at State Road 18 and US Route 31 operating a U-Haul truck pulling a trailer. James Berry, 51 of Arkansas was parked in a 2018 Chevrolet Box Truck. Baberearison struck the rear of Berry’s vehicle with the side of the trailer causing damage to both vehicles.
