The following were arrests made by Miami County Law Enforcement. Individuals named in this report are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, January 24, 2020

Mandi Hartleroad, 40, 700 Bobtail Ct., Apt. 28, Peru, was arrested by the Peru Police Department on charges of Operating While Intoxicated, Driving While Suspended and a Probation Hold.

Constance Thompson, 43, 4054 W. Division Rd., Peru, was arrested by the Peru Police Department on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Narcotic Drug.

Justin Hicks, 28, 2478 S. 500 E., Peru, was taken into custody by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department to serve time on a sentence.

Steven Terry, 31, 1618 Wallace Ave, Rochester, IN., was arrested by the Peru Police Department on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated.

Jeffery Closser, 21, 489 E. 5th St., Peru, was arrested by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department on a Miami County Warrant – Battery less than 14 years old.

Jonathon Jordan, 45, 1848 W. Lovers Lane Rd., Peru was arrested by the Peru Police Department on two Miami County Warrants for Failure to Appear and a new charge of Invasion of Privacy.

Bryce Brewer, 20, 13305 Vernon St., Wabash, IN., was arrested by Indiana State Police on a charge of Possession of Marijuana.

Presley Hyde, 22, 355 Harrison Ave., Peru, was arrested by the Peru Police Department on charges of Domestic Battery and Strangulation.

Terri Hughes, 30, 315 S. Armstrong, Kokomo, IN., was arrested by the Peru Police Department on a Cass County Warrant and a Hamilton County Warrant.

David Hartleroad, 45, 308 E. Washington, Peru, was arrested by the Peru Police Department on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated.

Robert Alspach, 27, 408 Apache, Peru, was arrested by the Peru Police Department on two Miami County Warrants and Resisting Law Enforcement.

Dereck Mantooth, 34, 712 Lafayette Ave., Lebanon, IN., was arrested by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated.

Matthew Roberts, 35, 495 Monroe Ave., Peru, was arrested by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department on three Miami County Warrants for Failure to Appear and Resisting Law Enforcement.
