The following were arrests made by Miami County Law Enforcement. Individuals named in this report are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Devin Bessette, 32, 4082 N. State Road 15, Wabash, IN., was taken into custody by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department to house for Wabash County.

James Dutton, 36, 2216 Patrick St., Peru, was taken into custody by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department to house for Wabash County

Rashun Carter, 28, 877 E. US 6, Ligonier, IN., was taken into custody by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department to house for Wabash County

Tamara Rutledge-Keller, 53, 1400 S. 575 E., Rochester, IN., was arrested by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department on two Miami County Warrants.

Morgan Boehme, 27, 1603 N. State Road 19, Lot 1, Peru, was arrested by the Peru Police Department on a Miami County Warrant for Violation of Probation.

Rodney Stewart Jr., 37, 1317 W. Washington Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN was arrested by the Peru Police Department on charges of Operating While Intoxicated and Probation Hold – No Bond.

Keith Mudd, 49, Homeless, was arrested by the Indiana State Police on a Miami County Warrant for Failure to Appear and Violation of Probation.

Casey Langley, 30, 1105 Columbus Blvd., Kokomo, IN., was arrested by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department on a Miami County Warrant for Failure to Appear.

Jodi Oaks, 41, 356 ½ W. Main St., Peru, was arrested by the Peru Police Department on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine.

Joshua Boxell, 25, 815 E. 31st St., Marion, IN., was arrested by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department on a Miami County warrant for Failure to Appear.

Timothy Glassburn, 42, 125 E. 3rd St., Lot 21, Converse, was arrested by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department on a Wabash County Warrant.

Joshua Emerson, 33, 603 Egypt Hill Dr., Peru, was arrested by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department on a Miami County Warrant for Violation of Probation.

Charles Summers, 28, 252 N. Tippecanoe St., Peru, was arrested by the Peru Police Department on a charge of Disorderly Conduct.
